On May 5th 2021, Ultratech, as one of the three companies in Poland, was nominated for the award of the President of the Republic of Poland in the Family Company category.
On November 15th, during the Great Gala of Congress 590, the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, honoured Ultratech with the Economic Award in the SME Leader category. The prize from the President was received by the Vice-President of Ultratech, Marek Bujny.
